Adult and Young Adult Private and Small Group Art Classes
Private and small group lessons for advanced students at any age are available midday, early evening, weekends and upon request. Please check the calendar for available dates and times.
What’s called talent in drawing is actually a heightened sensitivity to visual facts which can be developed. To draw well, you must be able to see the physical facts, such as size, shape, value, texture, and color of things and to make comparisons of what you see. All you need is a sincere desire to draw what you see and you can master the the other things with a little determination and practice.
Young Adult / High School Students

Our young adult classes provide a unique combination of excellent value, high expertise, and friendly, accessible approach. These classes are designed to give you the perfect balance of increased technical skill and confidence mixed with room to explore and experiment without worrying. High school students learn about a variety of materials and art techniques, benefiting from the skilled experience of a professional artist and the safety of a totally non-judgmental environment. All materials are provided until students reach the advanced level.
We tailor these classes for young adult students at beginning and intermediate levels of confidence. It’s a completely safe, relaxing, non-judgmental environment where you can develop your drawing skills, learn a wide range of art techniques, play with new materials and get to know your creative self. Our approach is designed to give you the perfect balance of increased technical skill and confidence mixed with room to explore and experiment without worrying.
Our young adult classes are taught by professional artists, whose award-winning art has been exhibited. As practicing artists who work in several mediums, they share loads of technical expertise, practical experience and creative energy.
Whereas many schools force students to focus on just one kind of art, Creative Studio Fun with Art teaches different drawing and painting mediums each week, helping you experiment and get comfortable with a huge range of materials. And unlike other adult classes where students spend hundreds of dollars on supplies, all the materials are provided by us, free of charge until students reach the advanced level.
We know it can be hard to fit time for art into your busy schedule. At Creative Studio Fun with Art we provide two adult classes each week, allowing you to make up missed classes at your convenience so none of your money gets wasted when you’re sick or out of town.
